Yes. After an initial visit or video call to understand the project, we prepare a detailed itemised quote, with no obligation on your part.
We can take care of processing building licences and permits, and coordinate with the project's technician or architect when needed. We agree the details according to the type of work.
It depends on the scope and the starting condition. The quote includes an estimate of timescales by phase, and during the work we keep that plan up to date so you know how it's progressing.
Both options. We carry out projects drawn up by an architect and also works planned directly with you. If you need a technician, we can put you in touch with trusted professionals.
